U shaped electromagnetic induction drying oven, energy saving, for making tin cans
The automatic electromagnetic induction dryer is a device developed by using electromagnetic induction heating technology, which is applied to the welding seam coating and drying process of the can body. It generates specific eddy current heating on the welding seam coating of the metal can through alternating current, so as to achieve the drying and curing effect.
Main Characteristics
1. Rare earth magnet induction coil heating furnace head is adopted to ensure long-term heating stability and drying effect.
2. Only the touch-up area is heated. Each section of the furnace head is 2m long and the power consumption is 1KW, which can save more than 90% of the energy compared with the traditional dryer.
3. The complete machine is equipped with an outer cover and a strong exhaust emission device, which can collect and strongly discharge paint evaporates and save energy and protect the environment.
4. The machine adopts magnetic belt conveyor, with reasonable structure. The can feeding platform is automatically adjusted (the height of the cans can be automatically adjusted as long as the diameter of the tank is input on the screen for the tank changing type, and the position of the furnace head does not need to be changed). It is fully digital controlled and the protection function is perfected.
5. The working state of each furnace head is intelligently controlled to realize the energy-saving effect of heating with cans and power-off without cans.

Technological breakthrough and innovation advantages: rare earth material is used as the magnetizer of induction coil to precisely control the magnetic field, so as to achieve the required heating mode, ensure the stability and drying effect of long-term heating, and eliminate the instability caused by the cooling of copper tube induction cooling water and the high failure rate caused by the deformation of copper tube.
